A few useful answers
Questions before you book.
What materials do we need?
Bring two or three past responses and their corresponding solicitations. Share evaluator feedback if available. The team confirms scope before purchase: up to three submitted responses and up to 300 total proposal pages.
Do we take the RFP Assessment first?
Book the Mastery Audit call without taking the assessment first. Booking questions and the fit conversation cover your history and needs. No separate assessment is required, and the call does not commit you to buying.
Will the audit explain every loss?
The audit identifies issues and recurring patterns in the materials reviewed. Pricing, competitors and buyer priorities also affect awards. Findings cannot establish every reason for a loss or guarantee a future win.
What if we need help with a live response?
This audit reviews past submissions. It does not include hands-on completion of a live response or federal solicitations. For current-response support or fewer than two past proposals, start with the RFP Assessment.
Do we need to buy another service afterward?
The audit stands alone. Your team keeps the findings, recommendations and checklist. Further support is optional. The team confirms the audit schedule before purchase.
